The Project Management Package gives you 3 Qualifications in the one program. They are:

  • CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
  • CPC40208 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration)
  • CPC50308 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)

Australian Nationally Recognised TraininCPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is made up of 19 Units of Competency (13 Core Units and 6 Elective).

CPC40208 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration) is made up of 15 Units of Competency (9 Core Units and 6 Elective).

CPC50308 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is made up of 12 Units of Competency (5 Core Units and 7 Elective).

The units are clustered and delivered over 7 Modules:

  • Module 1 – Site and Construction Management
  • Module 2 – Construction and Building Technology
  • Module 3 – Quantities, Estimating, Tendering and Procurement
  • Module 4 – Legal Requirements of the Contractor
  • Module 5 – Contracts and Administration Management
  • Module 6 – Financial Controls

Successful completion of all the following Units of Competency will provide a full Qualification in:
