Estimating and Builder Management Package is a Dual Qualification program. You receive 2 Qualifications in 1 program.

The qualification that make up the program are:

  • CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
  • CPC40308 Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Estimating)

The Qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction is made up of 16 Units of Competency (13 Compulsory Units and 3 Elective).

The Qualification CPC40308 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating) is made up of 15 Units of Competency (8 Compulsory Units and 7 Elective).

The units are clustered and delivered over 6 Modules:

  • Module 1 – Site Management
  • Module 2 – Construction
  • Module 3 – Quantities and Estimating
  • Module 4 – Legal Requirements
  • Module 5 – Contracts Management
  • Module 6 – Financial Management

Australian Nationally Recognised TraininBack to Basics provide these compulsory (core) and elective units in clusters delivered in a modular format. Clusters/Modules 1 – 6 include the 13 Core and 3 Elective Competency Units which are required to gain the Qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).
