Double Diploma Package

The Double Diploma Package is a Dual Qualification combining 2 qualifications:

  • CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
  • CPC50308 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)

Australian Nationally Recognised TraininThe Qualification CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is made up of 18 Units of Competency – (13 Compulsory/Core Units and 5 Elective Units).

The Qualification CPC50308 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is made up of 12 Units of Competency – (5 Compulsory Units and 7 Elective). The units are clustered and delivered over 4 Modules.

Back to Basics has prepared this dual qualification by clustering the Units of Competency that are required to award these qualifications with further Units of Competency for clarity and content. The Qualifications are prepared by clustering the units into seven (7) Modules:

  • Module 1 – Safety Management
  • Module 2 – Risk Management
  • Module 3 – Contract Management
  • Module 4 – Project Management
  • Module 5 – Building Technology
  • Module 6 – Financial Management
  • Module 7 – Personnel Management

Successful completion of all the modules and the following Assessment Tasks will provide a dual Qualification in CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) and CPC50308 Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).

This Double Diploma Package qualification is also available to meet the requirements of the Western Australian Building Commission (additional costs may be incurred).
