Building Cost and Contract Management Package is a Dual Qualification combining 2 qualifications:

  • CPC40208 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration)
  • CPC40308 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating)

The Qualification CPC40208 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration) is made up of 15 Units of Competency – (9 Compulsory/Core Units and 6 Elective Units).

The Qualification CPC40308 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating) is made up of 15 Units of Competency – (8 Compulsory Units and 7 Elective). The units are clustered and delivered over 4 Modules.

Australian Nationally Recognised TraininBack to Basics has prepared this dual qualification by clustering the Units of Competency that are required to award these qualifications with further Units of Competency for clarity and content. The Qualifications are prepared by clustering the units into four (4) Modules:

  • Module 1 – Construction
  • Module 2 – Quantities, Estimating and Tendering
  • Module 3 – Contract Management
  • Module 4 – Safety Issues

Successful completion of all the Modules and the following Assessment Tasks will provide a dual Qualification in CPC40208 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration) and CPC40308 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating).
