Builders Management Package

Builders Management Package is a Dual Qualification combining 2 qualifications:

  • CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
  • CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

The Qualification CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is made up of 16 Units of Competency – (13 Compulsory Units and 3 Elective).

The Qualification CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is made up of 18 Units of Competency – (13 Compulsory Units and 5 Elective).

The units for both qualifications are clustered and delivered over 6 Modules:

  • Module 1 – Project Preparation
  • Module 2 – Project Management
  • Module 3 – Construction
  • Module 4 – Quantities, Estimating and Tendering
  • Module 5 – Contracts Management
  • Module 6 – Financial Management

Australian Nationally Recognised TraininSuccessful completion of all the following Assessment Tasks will provide a full Qualification in CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) and CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
