CPC40508 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Site Management)

The CPC40508 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Site Management) course is designed to meet the needs of site managers and building supervisors. You will learn practical skills including how to read and interpret plans and specifications, plan for construction work, lead and supervise work teams. You will gain knowledge about building codes and standards and structural principles related to low rise residential and commercial buildings.

Assumed Knowledge: It is important that you have, or had access to a building site or are currently working in a building environment and have had or have current experience in the building and construction industry to be able to complete this program.
