RII40715 Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision program reflects the role of employees working in supervisory positions in the civil construction industry. They perform tasks involving a broad range of varied activities, most of which are complex and non-routine. They are responsible for the quantity and quality of the output of others, contribute to the development of technical solutions to non-routine problems and apply management plans to the workplace.

Australian Nationally Recognised Trainin12 Units of competency are required to award this qualification which is made up of 5 Compulsory Units and 7 Elective Units. Once you have successfully completed this course you will have the skills and knowledge required to perform the role of a Supervisor on a Civil Construction Site.

As Back to Basics specializes in Adult Education, you will discover the modules have been adapted to cater for people who may not have been involved in formal study for a long period of time.

Support Workshops
To further enhance your studies, Back to Basics provides Support Workshops in major regional areas at regular intervals, and we will let you know when one is being held in your area. Should you decide that you need further assistance than that provided by your trainer simply let us know, and you can be registered for that workshop. Workshops are one-on-one 30 minute sessions allowing you take advantage of having a face to face meeting with a Tutor.
