Qld Building Supervisor Licence

The Qld Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) states that a Building Supervisor must complete a mandatory course to hold a Qld Building Supervisor Licence.

The other main criteria is that all applicants must be employed by an organisation and carry out the work of a building supervisor in the licence class that they choose to apply for.

The Qld Building Supervisor Licence Categories are:

Building Supervisor – Low Rise (Units from Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building))
Building Supervisor – Medium Rise (Units from Diploma of Building and Construction (Building))
