Qld Building Supervisor Licence

Queensland Building Supervisor Licence

In Queensland under the regulations of the BSA a Building Supervisor must undertake a mandatory training course to hold a Building Supervisor Licence.

The other main criteria is that all applicants must be employed by an organisation and carry out the work of a building supervisor in the licence class that they choose to apply for.

The Qld Building Supervisor Licence Categories are:

Building Supervisor – Low Rise (Units from Cert IV Building)
Building Supervisor – Medium Rise (Units from Diploma of Building)

- Builder – Medium Rise Site Supervisor
