The course is also ideal as a stepping stone for the 4th Year Apprentice’s career path, or those wishing to continue their professional development within the Building and Construction Industry.

BSB 40807 Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) plus the following competencies from the BCG08 General Construction Training Package.

CPCBC4002A Read and interpret plans and specifications
CPCBC4003A Select & prepare a construction contract
CPCBC4006A Select, procure and store construction materials fro low rise projects
CPCBC4007A Plan building or construction work
CPCBC4008A Conduct on-site supervision of the building and construction project
CPCBC401A Apply structural principles to residential low-rise construction
CPCBC4011A Apply structural principles to commercial low-rise construction
CPCBC4016A Administer a construction contract
CPCBC4021A Minimise waste on the building & construction site
CPCBC4024A Resolve business disputes
CPCBC4026A Arrange building approvals and applications
